In this section of the Document, an analogy is being portrayed comparing the case at hand (the prosecution of New Knowledge by old knowledge) to that of the steam engine business interests opposing the new knowledge concerning thrust engines.

The inception of an Orgone Energy’s Motor Force, Self Sustaining by Its innate Living Power, was achieved by Wilhelm Reich in March of 1948, as the tangible Expression of the Life Energy’s “Character”, became empowered exponentially in Its physical manifestations, with the advent of ORUR (radium rendered harmless and placed at the service of Life by exposing it under the Influence of the Life Energy’s Radiation within a specially built Orgone Accumulator).
The demonstration of a spinning apparatus, operating at the surface of the skin, being empowered solely by the subject’s orgone energy’s field at the periphery of his or her organism*, took place, in the presence of Peter Mills, who, at the time, was the Institute’s attorney, legalising the Foundation as a non profit organisation and as a research Institution, and who also notarised the statement, as being witness to the Existence of this Living Force.
This same notary and legal representative of the Foundation, was to be the representative for the government of the us later, acting as a prosecutor against the discoverer – and previous client -, of the very Force he notarised as Existent, 6 years earlier.

It is no exaggeration to assert that the Discovery of a Motor operating solely by means of the Life Force’s Power, is the greatest discovery ever made in the history of natural science, for this Discovery opens the gates into a new age of consciousness and development for the human race, complying with the correct evolutionary laws decreed for planet Earth, in accordance to the Gods of Creation and Wisdom, in accordance to Truth and thus, Reality.
From representing the Orgone Institute as a legalized laboratory and research institution, from witnessing the exponential rotation on the Geiger Muller Counter as the counter tube was influenced under the Radiation of the Orgone*, or Life, Energy, pointing clearly and verily to a demonstration of a Force in place, not ignited nor influenced by any mechanical means, and notarizing the corresponding statement in this regard, to representing the Government, that operated under orders of Nelson Rockefeller, in its pursuit to suppress and destroy any knowledge of this very Power he himself, witnessed, the “attribute” of Judas Iscariot, was rightful and correctly granted by Wilhelm Reich, to this representative of the forces of decay: Peter Mills, appointed by the very beast, itself, to be the prosecutor of his former client.
*The details of the Work involved in the Research and subsequent Discovery of the exponential number of impulses registered at the Geiger Muller counter once the tube of this apparatus was exposed to the Influence of the Orgone Radiation, are to be found in Wilhelm Reich’s Scientific Documentation filed under record number 310: The Oranur Experiment, within the Archives of the Orgone Institute. A brief explanation as being demonstrated in front of Peter Mills is given also in Document number 208, page 7, as this attorney notarized the statement, that is, made it legal, for all intent and purposes, in the realm of the judicial field, of human affairs.

Why did Wilhelm Reich not comply with the demonic demand from the Court and Government, as ordered by their director, Rockefeller, to plea guilty to the charge of fraud and mis-representation of a device that concentrates Radiation from a heretofore New Influence, termed Life or Orgone Energy? because this New Influence Does Exist, as such, he could not plea guilty of misrepresenting a fact Scientifically demonstrated, to be in Existence.
Why did Wilhelm Reich plea guilty of not complying with this satanic court order energetically? for the same reason above explained.

No human law can be written that presupposes knowledge and regulation of the Unknown, as such, only that over which, knowledge has been acquired, can be written about, regulated and judged, by the one who holds this knowledge.
To deny, suppress and prohibit the Unknown, by those who to know It, and to sentence to prison the one who is demonstrating Its Existence, is, simply, a crime.
In being forced to represent himself as his own attorney, defending the True Science that made possible the advent of the Discovery, against the fraudulent accusations of the fraudsters, who acted from the shades, sheltered behind their government spokesmen, a detailed knowledge of the legal process of the united states of america and the how the Courts that represent it are to operate, in accordance to the Constitution of the same nation, was acquired by Wilhelm Reich, effectively demonstrating in this single act, a truthful and valid thinking process: if one is to participate in the form of any kind of judgement over a subject, one is to acquire knowledge over the subject in question. In direct opposition to this irrefutable fact, were the actions of every single agent who operated as accusers of the Discovery of the Power they refused to perceive, even as the very same Power was the igniter of their own existence …..

The injunction against the Discovery of the Life Energy or Orgone Energy and Its discoverer, Wilhelm Reich, was issued by a federal judge, without the recognition by congress, that is, the men appointed to be representatives of the people of the nation that placed them in power to do so, that such law capable to regulate and prohibit the dissemination of Knowledge over the realm of Orgonomy, was in place, at all, for there was nothing written in the law books, regarding this New Realm of Knowledge, as such, any judgement passed on a Subject that had not, as yet, been defined by human law, is nullified, by its own, innate, lack of validity.
This single fact, alone, contravene the very own federal judicial system established in the nation by its very own Constitutional Laws, and it presupposes a fraudulent act of perjury against this Scientist, and, by extension, the whole human race.
Where there is absence of Truth, illogical, absurd, incoherent, confused deeds step into one another, as a ghostly cynical parade of clowns, sent to town to entertain the shallow subhuman consciousness promoted to remain a bit longer, blocking the gates where New Knowledge claims Its Entrance.

There was a before and and after in human evolution, directly linked within the Atmospheric process that governs life on Earth, during the crucial span of time comprising the Discovery of the Life Energy by Wilhelm Reich, followed immediately by the inception of Its antithesis: nuclear energy.
While suppression and persecution of universal Knowledge of the Existence of the Life Energy’s Radiation, and Its Practical application in healing disease, was being executed with impunity and with the blessings of those in positions of power, the dispersion of nuclear radiation into the Atmosphere was intentionally promoted and enforced by the same filthy hands.
The result of this tragedy can factually be corroborated nowadays by witnessing the changes that have taken place in the atmosphere during the past 70 years, since the Knowledge of the Existence of the Life Energy was suppressed and Its discoverer imprisoned.
The Vital Element that imbues the Atmosphere with Healing and Evolutionary Impulses crucial for humanity to develop within a correct evolutionary path, has been attempted to be desecrated and wiped off by means of unrelented infusion of nuclear radiation. This has facilitated the incursion within the atmosphere of entities that do not belong to the evolutionary path of the Earth, and are “feeding off” what remains of the Vital Element. They can be seen hovering over the horizon on clear nights, alternating in colors that vary from red, green and blue.
These entities are of a parasitic nature, as can be revealed by the result of their presence in the sky after a period of time: patches of DOR: deadly Orgone Energy, will cover the same areas where they hover, leaving dirty looking areas of the sky, devoid of light and in a morbid state. The light of the sun turns into a life negating element, as it penetrates through these areas of DOR, with a blinding heat unrestrained by an atmospheric process that is unable to regulate it. The process is gradual, and it is morbid. What remains alive of the atmosphere is what restrains right now the complete scorching of the Earth.
DOR is a planetary emergency that Wilhelm Reich tried desperately to warn about; he held the technique to combat it and restore the atmosphere into a living and healing process, equally restoring and healing all life under Its Influence, but he was imprisoned, labelled a “quack” while his Work was burnt, by the same entities that promoted nuclear radiation, as already explained, in the land of the free, and the land of the brave.
Evolution, nevertheless, carries on forward, sweeping aside the desert souls that travel on wide roads of complacency and self willed ignorance, and rushes into the narrow uphill path of Knowledge, claiming those lonely souls who fight to preserve the Truth that belongs to the Future, carrying their words onwards, into the Eternal, as emissaries of a Divine Mandate.

The answer to this question is a clear: “no”, no statutes, that is, written laws, that deal with the physical realm of existence, holds the right to hallucinate the capacity to pass judgement on a Subject over Which it has no hint of knowledge; only those who, in the struggle to understand the Character and further Qualities of That Which has been been demonstrated to be in Existence, by virtue of possessing a correct capacity of perception, in accordance to this age of consciousness, are granted the right, and duty, to pass judgement over the Subject in question, to expand on the acquired Knowledge, and to never cease to investigate this New Influence, under Which, the correct evolutionary path of the Earth, is to take place, for it is written, noy in statutory books, but in Cosmic Law, decreed by the very Gods.
And It is now Known, scientifically, as Orgone, or Life Energy.
It is when this Knowledge was brought down to an objective, tangible and practical capacity of understanding and application, to all of humanity, by Its discoverer, not limited by phylosophies nor hypothesis, but demonstrated and confirmed as a scientific fact, that the beast got up and stood on guard, executing its attack to attempt to destroy and suppress Its dissemination and accessibility to every living being on Earth.
This is a question that must be imprinted and never be allowed to fade away into acceptance in the ignorance of complaciency and surrender of self to the dark forces of lies, that claims what must be accepted as inevitable and being beyond the scope of what we are allowed to comprehend, for this is not what the current state of consciousness demands from humanity, if it is to evolve … it is not for nothing that all records and archives have been made available for study and research, under two acts that contain the words “freedom” and “sunshine” in their respective description.
What interest may the agents that worked on behalf of the forces of suppression of Knowledge of the Life Energy’s Existence, conscious or unconsciously, had back then, and have currently, in attemping to deny, hide, kill, push into forgetfulness, a Knowledge that belongs to this Age, and that is required in order to survive as evolving humans?
…. where consciousness is not actively placed at the service of evolution, it becomes a prey to regressive forces, thirsty of a priceless germ, that has been unattended by its host.
There is no vacuum in space, nor in time, there is only a Field of potential, that it is either enhanced by a correct process of development in its grasp by a true human soul, or desecrated and corrupted, morphed into a field of degeneration and eventual dissipation, by a soul that has given up its sovereign duty to evolve.
