I bet my neck that this book sits at the most exclusive bookshelf of the most exclusive group of “entities”…. ( for at a certain level of “exclusiveness”, the term “people” does not define them anymore, you know the “ones” that I am talking about, the ones that Really rule this World.
This is possibly the most important book one could ever read. But only a real understanding of what this Man was about, and by this I mean, a real understanding of what an honest investigation of what Life Is and how It functions, will make for an easy assimilation of the content.
One does not have to be an academic to be able to approach this Masterpiece, but a prerequisite is, and this extends to the rest of Wilhelm Reich’s Work, to have a very deep understanding of what Life is NOT. What I mean by this I can illustrate from my personal point of view and experience, there it goes:
Having been subjected to a version of Life as presented and arranged by “The Club”, I, the hippie that writes these lines, in full possesion of all my mental capacities, furthermore, in full possesion of my sovereign freedom to decide what is Truth and what is bullcrap, declare that, after having read and assimilate the Work of Wilhelm Reich, everything that contradicts or nullify or discredit his work is part of a pharaonic campaign against Life and against Truth, with the sole purpose of rendering me a, yet another, slave idiot.

A little taste of the book, to clear any doubts of the nature of its content:

The above paragraph is referring to patriarchy, re-lie-gion, family, education, basically any human structure that places anyone other than the individual, at the center of self responsibility and decision making.
For the vast majority of humanity, a life that has been laid out for them by the patriach in turn, (and please know that when I refer to “patriach” I am not implying a masculine character, as this problem goes beyond a “battle of the sexes” issue, far far beyond ….. ), is simply the obvious and easy way to go about one’s daily existence, as long as one remains at the “existence” level of living.
But the moment you take responsibility for your own life, in the broader sense of the word, that vast empire of lies and deception, begins to crumble, and depending on whether you are reading this book or not, at that stage of your life, that pseudo reality, created by “The club”, you have been immersed in, will begin to dissolve quickly at every turn of a page, and where a mechanical and ridiculous explanation for the mistery of Life was before, a firm and obvious Truth takes Its rightful position, and It will be there to stay.

I looked at different books on the site to see if the “attributes” links to the right of the book in question, are the same for all subjects and topics. Of course not. A book about politics will show links related to politics, the same for any other book, it will relate to the content in question. For this book, whomever (or what-ever), is in charge of the design of the website, has deemed it appropiate to insert the categories of “Cranks”, “Difficult people” and “Weird science” right next to it. What a sad and pathetic state of affairs this world is under, at present…..
