APPEAL TO REASON: WILHELM REICH’S PLEA ON BEHALF OF HUMANITY, TO THE US COURT OF APPEALS, 1956. PART Ic

Statement IV of questions involved raised to the US Court of Appeals by Wilhelm Reich, in an attempt to have the case against the Discovery of the Life Energy, dismissed, bringing all crucial proof demonstrating the fraudulent nature of the Injunction to be examined by the Supreme Court of the United States.

Such, was denied.

The injunction against the Discovery of the Life Energy and against Its discoverer, Wilhelm Reich, was executed under the orders of the self proclaimed undersecretary of the made up Government Department of Health, Education and Welfare Department, tailored and custom made by and for the private use of Nelson Rockefeller, who also became an assistant to the President of the United States, who, in turn, run the judicial system by appointing the judges.

Many voices were raised against the appointment of an oligarch within the chambers of the government of a nation based on moral values laid on a constitution that opposed any form of rulership reminiscent of monarchy or oligarchy, one of the most comprehensive works in the complicated subject of how the Rockefellers appropriated the government of the United States is found in Gary Allen’s Book “The Rockefeller files”:

The threat perceived by those able to identify the act of treason taking place, by an undercover system of government ruled by the very same “enemies” believed to have been defeated after the cold war, held validity: a subversive system of power was in place within the highest office of the nation, directing the front men, appointed by themselves, as mere muppets, to grant the illusion of freedom to a public radiated with propaganda and illusions.

In reality, nothing but a red fascist regime reigned supreme in the “Land of the free”, the premature death of the Senator who uncovered and exposed the subversive communist nature of the rulership in place, Joseph McArthy, bringing names and concrete details of those responsible, in the spirit of clarity and straightforwardness that Truth grants, and the burning of Wilhelm Reich’s Books and his imprisonment, confirms that the government of the united states of america operated under the dictate of red fascist oligarchs, namely, the Rockefellers, who obliterated any hope for progress, freedom and development, re-directing the fate of a nation that was to be the beacon and example of prosperity, into a nightmarish decaying land of illusions, stupidity and ignorance, and with it, the rest of the world.

The facts, speak for themselves almost a century later, silencing all doubts as per the nature of the real motives behind the act of aggression executed against the Discovery of the Life Energy and Its discoverer, by the most powerful name over the face of the World.

Statement IV, by Wilhelm Reich, directed to the Court of Appeals:

“unprecedented nature of the orgonomic potential” – a potential governed by the functional Law guiding Reality and that declares that is it the Stronger that attracts and assimilates the weaker under Its Influence, opposing the law that grants agency to the weaker, artificially maintained, in order to allow it to flow towards the Stronger, on the condition of dependency and under the premise of a expiry date, of that source of “energy”, that, in any case, will come to an end, eventually … the “law of entropy”, another scam sold to an unprepared and naive human consciousness, unable to confront and question one of the biggest frauds perpetrated against the Right and Duty, each human being holds, to never forget the Soul’s Sovereign place, already allocated by the God’s of Creation and Wisdom, within their Eternal Kingdom, awaiting an individual act of will, in freedom, from every single human soul ….. an act of will that must energetically exercise its powers of perception and receptivity towards the Truth, lest the indolence of allowing imposed external influences, take hold of the reins of its, otherwise, sacred duty to evolve.

It is The Stronger, within the all pervading, ever present, Gods Ordained flow of existence, that attracts and assimilates the weaker: this implies a Living, Wisdom guided, Will Full act of self assertion of That Which holds the Power, to consolidate within Its own core, to attract, absorb and transmute, the weaker, under Its Own Essence, hence securing continuation within the Eternal ….

Never before, in the history of humanity, has the Discovery of a Cosmic Force, adjacent to the surface of the Earth, been made, bringing down the Manifestation of Its Influence, to a “physical” degree of understanding by means of practical scientific application, as devised through the Orgone Accumulator and the Cloudbuster.

Never before the methods used to obtain information, in a furtive and fraudulent way, involved the most powerful entities on the face of the planet, acting from the shadows, directing governments that represented the West and the East, covertly acting as one single monster with countless tentacles, while suppressing universal knowledge of the Existence of the Life Energy ….. what they were after was the interception and destruction of the Holy Grail, That Which commanded the atmosphere to act as directed by the hand who held the legitimate power to do so …. That Which dissolved cancer cells, That Which empowered Life, creating rain and greening deserts ….. the countless atomic bombs detonated within American soil bears testament of the disgraceful desperate attempts from the beast, to annihilate the Life Force, Which Throne sits within the atmospheric process, Discovered shortly before the inception of nuclear energy, also within American soil, the fact that the prosecutors against the Discovery, representing the Government of the united states, were agents of the FDA, with a self appointed undersecretary of a self made up government agency made up and directed by Nelson Rockefeller, the HEW, speaks of treason against the human race, for a government that represents the people of a nation that has placed them in power, should serve the same people’s best interests and welfare by allowing new Scientific Facts proven to be placed at the service of Life and Progress, to be available to all, not suppressed, as dictated by parasitic, unelected, shadowy entities.

Who are these entities, Lord Almighty, who or what are they?????

Many lifetimes would be required in order to bring to light in all detail, the monstrous act of treason against the human race, that these entities executed, for this is only a scrape of the surface ….

What can be affirmed, in the certainty of facts proven to be correct as faithfully researched from the records of the very perpetrators’ files, now released to the public, is that Wilhelm Reich stood ALONE against the whole World, against the most powerful entities ruling the Earth, in his courageous, unabated, fierce defence and protection of Truth. Of this, I, and anybody else armed with the will, clarity of mind, un prejudiced senses and energy, to conduct an investigation of the facts here being exposed, can, and must, testify.

It is required from this age of consciousness, that humans deepen their capacity to confront the external phenomena called “life”, by sharpening their sense perceptions, thus allowing Truth, and nothing but Truth, to enter their souls.

As such, for those who understand the mighty responsibility the condition of being truly, human, conveys, it is a duty to study, research, test and challenge the assertions exposed by this Scientist, for they are nothing less than the testimony of the Existence, Scientifically demonstrated to be a fact, of every human soul’s place, within the Eternal Flow of Reality, appointed by the very Gods of Creation, and Wisdom.

It is not for nothing that the whole world, riddled and controlled by parasites which existence relies on human decay, suppressed this Scientist’s Work.

This is Statement III of the Questions involved presented by Wilhelm Reich to the acting judges of the Court of Appeals, described in 10 clear and direct points.

The purpose of the 4 Statements presented to these acting judges was to obtain a “writ of certiorari”, that is, to allow for the criminal case against the Discovery to be reviewed by the Supreme Court of the United States.

This last desperate attempt to place the Truth in front of the highest judges, was denied, by these three men:

In disregarding the words here exposed, as written by Wilhelm Reich, those three men appointed to hold the power to grant them continuation and visibility in order to be scrutinised by the Supreme Court, committed a crime against humanity, of Cosmic proportions, for what it was denied public knowledge of, Is the Cosmic Essence that grants a human being the right of continuation within the Eternal Flow of Reality, by virtue of Its Healing and evolutionary Impulse, placing the condition of being human, under the Agency of the Gods.

The current evolutionary stage of the planet allows for no other alternative, but for human beings to grasp the understanding that it is beyond – a material concept of life, beyond the periphery of the planet, that the Impulse by means of Which, development into higher stages of consciousness and evolution, is attained.

No further evolutive impulse is to be found within the material physical realm of existence on Earth, for the planet itself is undergoing its own physical transformation into a different process of existence, no longer based on physical, but on Cosmic Law, the same Law that the core of the human being must abide by, the germ of Which, was provided by Wilhelm Reich, in the Discovery of the Life Energy.

1.Battle for Truthful Procedure

Demonstrated until the very end, as these words reveal.

2.Jury rendered verdict uninformed.

Our atmosphere has been invaded by forms of existence that are alien to the living process on the planet, their presence holds a parasitic character.

The only means to avoid a complete premature annihilation of the atmospheric continuum that sustains life on Earth, as a result of the presence of these “forms of existence” is by empowering the Atmospheric process, in order to allow It to achieve Self Regulation and “eject” any alien presence within Its “metabolism”, for the Atmosphere is Alive.

The process by which this is achieved, is explained in Wilhelm Reich’s Work, the culmination of Which, is offered in Contact with Space, the last Book he was allowed to write. This Book was suppressed and hidden from the jury. Indeed it was suppressed until Eva Reich made the Archives of the Orgone Institute available for research, to humanity.

3.There are no authorities on new knowledge, that is, “Knowledge of the Future.”

Only that Future is to be the sovereign recipient of a New Knowledge Which Emergence is placed under the light of a New Era of Consciousness, by Its Messengers. No retrograde parasitic forces are to stand in the way of What is entering as a new Impulse in consciousness, towards evolution, as decreed by the Gods, and the humanity of this age. The only authority to decide the validity of that Knowledge of the Future is our capacity, in the consciousness of this age, to perceive It as a Reality, or our inability to do so.

4.Government must not interfere with basic research

And a Government that does so, is a dictatorial regime.

5.Scientific literature must not be ever impounded or burned in U.S.A. as it was under Stalin and Hitler.

A Government that burns scientific literature, let alone, Scientific Literature that points towards the correct evolutionary path for humanity, is a criminal institution.

6.Non-appearance of the Discoverer of the Life Energy in Court in Civil Complaint 1056 was a matter of principle and self-defense against crimes perpetrated by the complainant-accuser upon the Court and the Discoverer.

The purpose of dragging the Discoverer of the Life Energy to Court, forcefully and without a valid case, was to prevent him from furthering the Discovery, of Which proven Qualities were being obtained and placed into practical use, in the battle to save our Atmosphere. This is fully documented in “Contact with Space”, and fully corroborated by the morbid atmospheric process that Life has been subjugated under, by imposition of the criminals who unlawfully imprisoned Wilhelm Reich.

7.Bona fide scientists must not be dragged into Court to be harassed to death by competitive commercial or political interests.

The Rockefeller brand was directly responsible, political and commercially, for the suppression of Universal knowledge by all human beings, of the Discovery of the Life Energy, a Boundless Everlasting Impulse towards a Healthy Living Process, igniting towards evolution an, otherwise, decaying planet, would have compromised the very existence of the parasites, whose own survival relies on a permanent state of decay.

The FDA was directed by Nelson Rockefeller, at the time. He took over this office without any due process, or without being elected by anybody, but simply imposing his will. He also took over the powerful government body of the Health and Human Services, directly responsible for overseeing, implementing and executing the attacks against the Discovery and the discoverer, until Its final suppression.

It was this name, again and again, the one that continues to appear as being the responsible for the persecution and suppression of the Discovery of the Life Energy.

8.Disclosure of scientific information, especially if secret, must not be forced by Court action or by administrative invasion of property and records. There are peaceful ways via conferences and agreement.

It is recorded in the Archives of the Orgone Institute, within the pages that relate to the History of the Discovery of the Life Energy, that while denying and yet, suppressing the Existence of the Life Energy, the entities in charge of the FDA agents that were instructed to intrude, harass, disturb and molest the Scientist who did not give up an inch of concession, in his Work towards the continuous development of the Life Energy’s Radiation Properties, continuously forced their unannounced presence into Orgonon, in an attempt to bring Wilhelm Reich to physical, mental, and spiritual exhaustion, demanding to see Documents, personal details of the patients and associates, Scientific Literature, not with the intention of attempting to understand and learn what exactly was the Nature of That “mysterious” “element” of Which they knew nothing about, but to distort, slander and drag to a subterranean degree of “publicity”, the name of the discoverer of the Life Energy, sundering from the mass consciousness of humanity, a correct Knowledge of the Existence of the Life Energy’s Radiation’s Qualities, as devised by means of Its discoverer’s method to gather It, placing It at the service of humanity, thus, at the service of Earth’s evolution.

The disclosure of the Qualities demonstrated, scientifically, of the Orgone Energy’s Radiation, was placed in the knowledge of the highest officials of the government of the usa, including the president, proof of this can be found within the Archives of the Orgone Institute as well as within the 800 pages on Wilhelm Reich’s FBI files.

It is a matter of holding the will and endurance to study this Scientist’s Work, and researching the original records offered, freely, to all, via this medium, to hold each assertion made by Wilhelm Reich, to the light of the consciousness of the Age = is there an all pervading Power, within the atmosphere that permeates all life on planet Earth, that holds Empowering, Healing and Evolutive Impulses? …… the question, again, in the consciousness of this age, is rather = How would, otherwise, Life sustain Itself, within the degree of regression and decay it has been precipitated under by the parasitic forces that reign this world, since the inception of the atomic bomb? …. if not by the Power that declares, above all parasitic forces and principalities, that the Living Process on Earth shall continue, as ordered by the Gods of Creation, for as long as there is one single solitary human soul, in possession of the Truth, defending and declaring It, to the winds of the North, the South, the East and the West, to all corners of this scorched, dying planet.

Disclosure of the Truth, was granted to the highest officials in power, by Wilhelm Reich, suppression of It, was their response, instead of studying and testing his assertions, from the shadows and in hiding, they sent their little officials to spy, harass and intrude in Wilhelm Reich’s Laboratory and Observatory, in a pathetic attempt to steal that “mysterious” Element capable of counteracting radioactivity, capable of Healing the atmosphere, capable of building a barrier of Power, to expel and deter further intrusions into the periphery of the planet, of entities and cosmic parasites that do not belong within our living process …

9.New knowledge, not as yet on statute books, requires new administrative laws.

New Knowledge calls forth for the latent capacity within each human soul, worth being called as such in the consciousness of the present Age, to exert an individual and free act of will, out of the core of his or her very own being, invoked by his or her intuitive power to perceive the urgent requirement to distinguish and discard illusions, lies, hallucinations, from our Sacred, Gods granted Throne, in the realm of Reality.

The practical and immediate accurate process, by means of which, one can, and must, distinguish Reality from deception, is by looking at the end results, the fruits, of what has thus been “broadcasted” for nearly a century now, since the inception of nuclear radiation and the suppression of the Discovery of the Life Energy, as a paradigm that points towards “progress” … is this the case?

Un calculable amounts of funds, granted, appropriating human “ingenuity” … your fruits speak louder than your dirty money, pathetic parasites.

New Knowledge calls forth one’s innate powers of perception, mediated only by one’s own capacity to recognise our individual and sacred responsibility, within a Cosmic Order guided in Wisdom, as carriers of Earth’s evolution.

The next stage of planetary development must be based on the Gods Ordained capacity for Universal Love that can only flow from the human being, in a free act of will, emanating from souls that have achieved the correct evolutionary development, in Health, Courage and Power, in turn only achievable by means of an individual assimilation and identification with the same Power that ignites the Universe with the Living Impulse required to remain within the eternal flow of Reality. This, requires one’s own participation in a process called forth by the very Gods of Creation.

There is no progress within the human kingdom, without the Impulse of Universal, as opposed to tribal, Love, radiating from human souls. The rest, is artificial, and hence, on its way to decline.

Our kingdom belongs in the realm of the Cosmic, not of the physical, as such, New Knowledge calls forth new administrative “laws”, this law, cannot find jurisdiction within a kingdom in decay, for it belongs to the eternal.

10.Judicial errors must be realized and corrected. They must not be perpetuated.

This should be the very basic guide followed by those appointed to be the ones holding the destiny of a human being’s life, under their will, by virtue of their position of power. A position, such as a judge, granted by the president of a nation who in turn has been appointed by powerful financial interests, alien and in opposition, to the real needs of the people.

Those in the highest positions of power in the government of a nation, must not allow any external influence to determine the outcome of their actions, in the final outcome of decisions affecting the lives of the millions of beings, who, naively, have placed their trust in them, in the believe that the system of representation laid out in the Constitution of the nation is, thus, representing them as well …..

Statement II:

“Errors of Trial Judge. Suppression of Pertinent Evidence before the Jury Including Group D, “OROP Desert Ea,” 1951-1956.

“OROP Desert Ea” refers to the last Operation that Wilhelm Reich conducted, with the help of a handful of assistants, in Tucson, Arizona, an area of the country that he termed “the American Sahara”, due to the arid conditions found in this part of the Continent.

The purpose of this Operation was to turn this desert area into fertile land, where the grass and lush vegetation could grow, by aiding the Atmosphere to achieve a process of Self Regulation, and thus, healing.

This process was successfully achieved by means of ORUR, ORUR stands for Orurized radium, that is: radium subjected to the Influence of Orgone Energy’s Radiation within a ten fold Orgone Accumulator, during an extended period of time.

The details of this Operation are offered in Wilhelm Reich’s last published Work: “Contact with space”, this Work was suppressed and not allowed to be presented as proof on behalf of the Discovery and Its discoverer, before the jury, who were, ultimately, the victims of an act of treason executed by the government of the u. s. of a., along with the rest of the human race.

Archives of the Orgone Institute. This is the suppressed evidence that was not allowed to be revealed to the jury, before the verdict was reached. In this volume, confirmation is detailed regarding the presence of “different forms of existence” taking over the planet’s atmosphere. The grave state of affairs that the Earth stands under is directly related to this fact. In handwriting (by Eva Reich), it is read: “This volume was filed and never reviewed by anyone, because the Supreme Court denied certiorari.” The volume in question is the Book below:

The suppression of this Book, Contact with Space, continued to be enforced long after Wilhelm Reich’s physical death took place, along with the vast bulk of his Work. Should Eva Reich, his daughter, not have ensured that the archives were to be made available to humanity, his Work would have continued to be suppressed, and only made available to a few “selected individuals.

We must, therefore, raise the question above the large number of unresolved issues that must take hold of our attention and grasp the very core of our beings, regarding the case against the Discovery of the Life Energy, perpetrated by the most powerful entities of the World:

Why would a Book be condemned to suppression and concealment by the government of the most powerful nation on earth? why would Its writer be sentenced to prison, after a government persecution directed by Nelson Rockefeller? …. would not the own nature of the Work so condemned and suppressed, otherwise be allowed to speak for Itself, when the proof of Its Results, Its Fruits, had already been scientifically demonstrated in front of the most powerful entities of the World? …. why not allow for the facts to be revealed? why the suppression? the burning of the Literature, the destruction of the Orgone Accumulators, the perpetual injunction against anyone who associates and carries over the dissemination of Knowledge regarding the fact that a New Influence had been Discovered, entering the living process on planet Earth, a Cosmic Influence imbuing with evolutionary and healing impulses, a planet in decay ….

In “Contact with Space” a detailed account of events, backed by Scientific facts, is offered, describing how our atmosphere has been invaded by “forms of existence” alien to planet Earth, which character is akin to that of parasites to a dying organism. These forms of existence, termed by Wilhelm Reich as “Ea”, (that stands for “Energy Alpha”, referring to the mastering of anti gravitational laws, as exhibited in their mode of propulsion and movement), “feed off” the Orgone layer that envelops the planet, as such, desecrating an already compromised atmospheric process being annihilated by atomic blasts and the subsequent resulting radioactive dispersion.

Indeed, by means of this sacrilege perpetrated within the atmosphere, the splitting of the atom and its subsequent use for destruction, the precipitation of these parasitic forms of “existence” has been facilitated. This begs the question, if one is to hold the necessary degree of critical thinking in accordance to the present age of consciousness: were the ones who ensured, promoted and enforced the destruction of our atmospheric process, in full consciousness of what was taking place, not in concert with the same forces of destruction being invoked in the process of fission and fusion, of that which is not to be split? ….

**This is not a passive description, but an** **ACTIVE DECLARATION** **deriving from the root of the word that describes the atom.**

“Wilhelm Reich and the Cold War”, by James Edward Martin. This ghostly gathering hosts no human beings .. at most, infra humanoids of a lesser degree ….

At the same time, Wilhelm Reich, operating under the functional laws that govern life on this planet, that declares the following: “The stronger attracts and assimilates the weaker”, empowered the atmosphere by means of an operation that involved the use of the Cloudbuster in conjunction to radium:

By a process of exposure of a radium needle to Orgone Radiation, the effects of its innate radiation, otherwise highly toxic and lethal, were rendered not only harmless, but placed at the service of Life. An immense power emanating from this denatured new “Element” now created, would grant the cloudbuster a magnified jolt to its function in removing the stagnant patches of the atmosphere being desecrated and “burned” by atomic radiation.

As such, what previously took a number of operations in addition to the necessary waiting period required from the atmospheric process in response to the Drawings, was now achieved instantaneously and in a multiplied powerful reaction.

This instant jolt would clear the Deadly Orgone Energy patches at once from the atmosphere, making it react as a living being that had just been released from a cage where it was slowly being asphyxiated.

As a consequence, a process of self regulation would follow, in the same way as it would have taken place with any other living organism that had just recovered Its Health and Power. The temperature would decrease from the scorching blinding heat, light would be reclaimed, fresh breeze would be followed by gentle steady rains over a period of days that would slowly allow for vegetation to cover a land, otherwise condemned to desertification.

In relation to the “Ea”, the new forms of existence identified hovering low over the horizon above the Catalina Mountains, previously also seen hovering above Orgonon at the time of the ORANUR Experiment, the same power applied to instantly heal the atmosphere, by means of ORUR, could be thus “directed” to target the pulsating lights that revealed the location of these enigmatic “things”, alien to the living process on Earth.

Of these enigmatic pulsating lights it could be determined, that the effects of their presence created a distressful effect over the exact same area where their presence was identified, in the form of desecration, absence of light, absence of wind, that is: a process of atmospheric decay would ensure following their presence. As such, it could be determined that these “forms of existence” represented an alien and antagonistic influence over the organic metabolic living process of our planet.

As soon as ORUR, in conjunction to the Cloudbuster, was aimed at these “entities”, the lights that revealed their location could be seen as diminishing in intensity, with the alternating colours of blue, red and green, slowly fading away, until their presence could not longer be seen in the sky:

Elsworth Baker, in whom Wilhelm Reich placed his trust to carry on the dissemination of Knowledge of the Orgone Energy’s Existence, “morphed” into a Knight of Malta ….. truly, this is not the way mr. Baker …

Truly, a process of Resurrection of the Atmosphere, and with It, of the living process on Earth, was achieved.

An empowered atmospheric process, secures an empowered living process, which, in turn, secures the correct evolution on planet Earth, in accordance to the sovereign Cosmic Law that grants permanence within the eternal flow of Existence, as decreed by the Gods of Creation.

The alternative, is annihilation, for there is no time nor space suitable, within a wisdom imbued Cosmic Order, that grants permanence to an expression of decay, which time has come.

The character of the parasites that have taken over the planet and rule it, of whose expression could most clearly be identified by the fruits of their “work” ending in the culmination of the splitting of the atom and its subsequent destructive use, and in the attempted suppression of the Discovery of the Life Energy, is that of desperate unlawful permanence within a Living Process forcefully subjected to a state of decay.
